A blissful sanctuary, The Village Spa has three private salas perfectly designed for the ultimate Thai spa experience. Each is elegantly decorated and features its own garden, steam room and bathroom. Concealed only from the elements by a huge skylight, the rain shower and luxurious over sized bathtub feel like they are part of the great outdoors.

Spa Etiquette:
Operating Hours: 10am to 7pm daily
Reservations: Advanced booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. Please contact Spa Reception or dial “750” for appointment.
When to Arrive: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. To allow you time for welcome drink and complete necessary forms. Please be informed that late arrivals will result to a shorter treatment.
In the Spa: Please respect the privacy at the spa, we respectfully request that all guests keep noises to a minimum. Please leave your mobile phone in silent mode or switch off. The spa is a non-smoking area. We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after your treatment.
Health Considerations: Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, had recent operations, suffer from allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors prior to services. Kindly inform your spa therapist of any
existing medical condition.
Valuables: We recommend that no jewelry be worn in the spa premises. The management accepts no responsibility for any losses of money or valuables of all kinds brought into the spa premise.
Cancellation/ Postponement: Should you need to cancel or postpone your bookings, a 24-hour notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours prior to your appointment time, a 50% charge will be applied whilst a full charge will be imposed for no show.
Refund Policy: All treatments and packages are non-refundable and non- exchangeable. Payment: Services may be room charged or credit cards (Visa, Master, JCB) and cash payment. All prices quoted are nett in Thai Baht. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
